AS Watson Group has always been a keen supporter of local sports development and the community at large. We believe that sport is an excellent platform through which Hong Kong citizens can develop a more active lifestyle, and school is the best starting point. In parallel, with an ever-increasing number of talented student athletes emerging, these young people should be recognised and encouraged to pursue their interests and to develop potential. AS Watson Group Hong Kong Outstanding Student Sports Awards (HKSSA) was established in 2005. It is the first and only sports awards to recognise numerous outstanding student athletes from all primary, secondary, and special schools across Hong Kong for their excellent performance in sports.
